Filiberto's Mexican Food

The drive thru person couldn’t hear me but his coworker could so they repeated my order to me. I ordered 5 rolled beef tacos with carne asada and pico de gallo on the side. I asked for 4 red salsas and 4 green. I opened my tacos when I got home and there is pico on top of it and hardly any cheese or guacamole AND I take a bite after scraping the pico off and it’s a CHICKEN rolled taco. Cold chicken taquito. There was no red salsa given either only green. I tried calling them but their line is busy. I’ll never eat there again it was nasty the taquitos were soggy and the chicken dry. I paid $40 to waste my food. I don’t trust those workers either to ask for new food they were sketchy. It’s sad this place used to be good but I guess that’s what I get for going to a restaurant on central. On their drive thru window it also states that they don’t give refunds so I’m out of luck on that , I guess they mess up orders quite often and can’t afford to lose anymore since they obviously know they have bad service and food. Spend your money elsewhere!

They got my order completely wrong. I Asked for soft shell beef tacos they gave me hardshell beef tacos. I asked for two burritos they gave me one burrito. I asked for a large drink. They gave me a small drink. They really don’t know what they’re doing here. And their food taste like cardboard. Do not eat here their terrible!!

I get delivery from here on weekends. Usually late. It’s the best. Just tonight got some combo fries that had more meat than fries and there was a lot of fries! lol wildly good value for the price. this is THE late night munchie hero

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the 2 beef tacos combo and my tacos were soft tacos with old greasy shredded beef. No flavor and very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

Greasy, delectable, delicious....a few choice words for a place that has never let me down. It's good food made by people who work their butt off for it, is it perfect.... no ,no place is so don't try to think it will be, is it good for the price, yes!, the price for the amount of food and the flavor are well worth it. There's a wait sure, but if the food comes out the window faster than you ordered then that's a place you need to avoid. Good food takes time even good fast food.....plan it out and call in your order, that will save you time at the window. Staff is always nice even during dinner rush and that is appreciated after I've had a long day at work and just want some food. This location always has me coming back.
