Crema's Take

Java Jump is a speedway of a coffee stand where the crew genuinely seems to enjoy their regulars—some customers rave about baristas who remember their names and usual orders. Beyond solid traditional espresso drinks, they're equally known for standout breakfast sandwiches and the kind of quick, cheerful service that makes this a natural stop for folks working nearby in Spokane.

Live this coffee stand! Close to my work. The baristas are quick and friendly. My favorite is the one with the long brown hair and cute glasses. She always remembers me and my drink of choice etc. She is efficient,

Some of the girls that work here are so rude. Today we went in and she seemed like she was going to be nice today, 7/14 at 3pm, as soon as we told her what our drinks were her tone completely changed. This isn’t the first time this girl has been rude to us. We don’t come that often because I can get the same drink for $5 elsewhere with amazing service and nice small talk. This stand for my same drink it’s $6.50 with terrible service and a mediocre drink. As soon as she hands us the drinks she just says “here you go” we stopped coming here about a year ago regularly because the service has just gone down hill. The only time we come here now is when it’s more convenient and we are in too much of a hurry to drive further. I wish I could say it was just this girl that has terrible customer service, but unfortunately she’s not. Next time I think I might just skip and drive to further to get better service and cheaper coffee. I wish I wouldn’t have tipped. As soon as they make you pay, their tones shift even more. It’s sad how far downhill this coffee stand has gone with customer service.

6/17/25 UPDATE: Their customer service has skyrocketed, the girls are very professional and do their best to communicate well, they have gotten some new workers who are so nice, converse and really give exceptional service! ♡ Their coffee here is AMAZING- they have white coffee, heavy whipping cream, honey, and GREAT prices!! My 12oz iced tri-shot (two white one reg) with heavy whip and honey is $4.75 leaves me lots of room to tip them ♡ I miss them so much when I'm out of town and this coffee stand will forever hold a place in my heart! I've watched them grow so much! Great points system as well!! -This is a great coffee place, but the girls could really use some hospitality training or customer service help. I come regularly and they seem very frustrated and almost annoyed when you have a specific coffee which doesn't make the buyer feel very good. I come regularly almost daily but it just seems like the girls are always upset. Very short with me, never really talks to me like no "how are you" I've never gotten into any confrontation or anything, I think it's litterally who they are as people. Good coffee not the best service. - To add: I tip pretty good if the girls are social and talk to me alittle, but for a 6.50$ 16oz coffee I'm not just gonna tip to be side eyed, and felt judged & rushed to leave for no reason. I avoid coming when busy so that isn't a factor and I've come for years and love the points system and the owner when she's there, good coffee. Not the best customer service.
