Crema's Take

Just steps from the Denver Botanic Gardens, this roastery combines serious espresso craftsmanship with an unexpectedly serene, nature-filled atmosphere—think lush floral decor and tables with living succulents that blur the line between café and greenhouse. They're known for their latte art classes and thoughtful pour overs, but what keeps people returning is the peaceful vibe: a bright, spacious interior with garden views and a sunny patio that feels like a restorative escape rather than a coffee run. Whether you're catching up with a friend or settling in with your laptop, the excellent service and carefully considered ambience make it feel less like a pit stop and more like a moment to breathe.

What to expect

Espresso-focused, with a pour-over program. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings.

Love the excellent service and the ambience. You are surrounded by nature that can be admired through the windows and have the option to sit outside on the patio where you can breathe in the fresh air. Staff are friendly and great barristas.

I enjoyed a turmeric chai latte after visiting the Botanic Gardens. It was delicious. Sat at a table inside that had succulents growing in the center, which was cool. There is also seating outside. I liked the atmosphere and women ownership supporting women farmers.
