Crema's Take

This Gilbert gathering spot nails the art of slowing down with generous seating both inside and out, making it the kind of place where you can genuinely linger over a s'mores latte without feeling rushed. Beyond the creative specialty drinks and solid above-average sandwiches, what keeps people coming back is the vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere and those cozy corners perfect for a morning date or solo reading session. Fair warning: it's a popular spot that gets bustling, especially mornings, so arrive with patience and an appreciation for the beautifully buzzy community vibe.

If you’re looking for a spot to actually relax, this is it. The sandwiches are solid—definitely above average and hit the spot for a light lunch. But the real star here is the seating! Inside, they have these comfy couches that make you want to sink in and stay for hours. If you prefer the outdoors, their patio/outdoor seating area is huge and has a great vibe.

This was my first time coming here. This area is so beautiful. I love the ambiance here. This is a great date idea or casually reading a book by yourself with a s’mores latte and a cupcake! 🧁 ☕️📗. After trying many cafes, I usually don’t go there again. But this is one of the cafes I’m definitely coming back!!!

A little date morning finally. My wife Shannon has been craving this place for a while. Had a nice slow morning enjoying time spent together. Her Papa burrito was as long and as thick as my forearm! The San Diegan was also delicious. Don't miss the Spanish Latte either. Lots of coffee, tea, and food options for everyone. Looking forward to going back again to try different things. Place got hopping this morning glad we came early at open. Great staff. Cozy little place. Very chill. Looking forward to the patio when weather is not raining. Dog friendly patio too.

This little joint seems to be especially busy throughout the morning regardless of the day. Hard to find parking, I can’t even imagine a Sunday morning. We came in on a Tuesday at 945am assuming that not many people would be there and still waited for about 15/20 minutes to get a spot. Not a big deal, just surprising. Definitely very popular but overall pretty mid. I wouldn’t say that this is a sitdown restaurant and more of a courtyard where you can wait in another line to order and then go sit to eat. If you order coffee, you stand and wait for them to call your name like a typical coffee shop, and if you order food, you get a number that you put at your table and it is brought to you. There was a lot of different types of options for breakfast foods, but overall just sandwiches, burritos, and omelettes/granola.. 2-3 vegan options as well with tofu. Many students were doing homework on the inside while people that were eating were outside where it was very sunny. I got a cookie butter chai, and my friend got a pumpkin chai, which we’re both pretty good but definitely sweet and had the powder chunks still at the bottom. I ordered the Indio panini which was pretty typical: egg, cheese, onion, and avocado.. definitely needed some type of sauce, but it’s not like there are waiters that you can ask for some unless you want to wait in line again to ask. It came with a side of greens that kinda just tasted wet and a little bit sweet, I noticed that a lot of people around me also were not eating theirs, just felt like a waste. My friend got the waffle and said the fruit tasted fresh, but that it was hard to mess up a waffle. Overall, I probably wouldn’t go again just because of how busy and chaotic it is, lots of families and kids running around/screaming etc., but definitely seems like a spot to be for college students.

It was ok. Coffee was amazing, food pretty good, just so crowded. You have to be OK with a long line and kids running around everywhere and birds out on the patio eating scraps off plates people left behind... it was OK, probably won't go back.
