Crema's Take

Nestled in the historic Workshop 4200 building, this cozy espresso-focused roastery punches above its weight with inventive signature drinks like the Creeper (a matcha-espresso-blueberry creation) alongside stellar pour overs and drip coffee that'll satisfy purists. The relaxed, low-key vibe with abundant seating and artistic corners makes it an ideal hideaway for both serious coffee lovers and folks looking to linger with their laptop, all without the typical café crowds.

I’ve had this coffee shop on my list to check out for a long time. I stopped by on a Saturday and it was very nice and chill. It’s a great space to cowork for sure. Loved the coffee and the ambiance!

Nice relaxing place to have a coffee or other coffee drink. The atmosphere is so relaxing because there aren't usually a lot of people there and the building is interesting with an interesting history to it. Also I even found their coffee at Cermak Fresh Market down the street too!

Great little spot to grab a coffee or matcha and look at projects and art or do work. Tons of seating and corners. My favorite lowkey spot for a boost. I like the Creeper (matcha, espresso, blueberry). I only wish for nondairy options besides oat.

Small spot on the main hallway of workshop 4200 featuring in house roasting and some specialty drinks. While this spot isn't visible right off the street, it's pretty close to the main entrance and easily found. There's a bit of seating if you want to drink your brew right there, but there are only drinks available, no pastries or other types of food.
