Crema's Take
“Temptations Cafe is a beloved neighborhood gem where thoughtful espresso work meets unexpectedly impressive Filipino-inspired cuisine, making it equally suited for a focused coffee moment or a lingering brunch with friends. The team behind the counter—Reggie, Julie, and their crew—have cultivated a genuinely warm space where regulars rave about everything from perfectly executed caramel macchiatos to crispy lechon and fluffy pancakes that keep people coming back. It's the kind of place where you might stop in by chance and end up discovering your new favorite spot.”

A really cute little Cafe! Food was delicious, I had a caramel macchiato and it was perfect. Will definitely visit again!
Reggie and Julie and the gal in the back (sorry - did not get her name) run a wonderful Cafe. The Scotch eggs were fantastic! The pancakes were big, fluffy and delicious. Don't forget to get silvanas for dessert - they are heavenly! All food homemade with good ingredients, especially love for the customers and the food that is served! They have outdoor seating for fine weather dining. They also have a supplemental menu and specials that you will discover and be pleased with when you visit.
We found this spot by chance on the way home and were so glad we stopped in. I had the pork belly with rice, pickled veggies and Filipino style eggs, while my wife loved her homemade tasting chicken fried steak. The coffee, desserts and warm service made the whole experience feel cozy and worth coming back for.
I really enjoyed the Filipino brunch on Sunday. The lechon was so crispy and delicious. I poured the gravy that comes with it over my rice and eggs and it was delicious. The pork belly meat was high quality that had a good texture and didn’t feel heavy. The picked vegetables added good acidity. The owners are very nice and said they switch menu seasonally while the lechon stays on since it’s so popular. This place mostly serves Western menu so the Filipino dishes are more of a weekend treat. I want to try Scotch eggs and pastry items next time. So much to try!
A true hidden gem 💎!!! Two friends invited me to lunch for the Sunday Filipino special dishes. I had the lechon 🐖 and we shared the cheesecakes. I am Vietnamese and was very pleased by how tasty and flavorful the Filipino food was prepared. Not too salty and not too sweet. The lechon was so crunchy and delicious 😋. The owner was very pleasant and cordial to us and all the guests around. He brought us extra samples and told us stories about his amazing adventures as a chef from when he traveled the world to learn about his craft. "Food without borders" is his concept. Come try this amazing place and support your local business. I will have to come back for more yummy Filipino food and try their breakfast and coffee ☕️. Thank you Reggie for your hospitality and passion in food. ❤️
