I go to the Laundry Bar quite often and I would say that this business genuinely cares about its customers. It is clean, everything works great, the employees are kind and polite, and its very convenient. It deserves a 5 star rating. Thanks for what you do, Laundry Bar

I have never written a review before, but felt so inclined. This business lied about offering dry cleaning services (I now know they ship your items to an undisclosed 3rd party), and returned my items completely destroyed. Irreplaceable silk items worth thousands of dollars were ripped and torn and had large holes from unnecessary safety pins, buttons were chipped and cracked on sweaters, and satin shirts were covered in unknown black splotches. If your business does not provide a service, you should not market your business as such, and should not accept the service inquiry from the customer. I cannot believe the lack of honesty and the abhorrent treatment of my clothing. A full refund of the service won’t cover even a quarter of the damages incurred.

I’m so pleased with everything about this place! My laundry came out perfect! I had them wash my comforter and mattress cover. The price was right and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. This is my new *go to* spot!!
