I just came back from having lunch with a friend and I was unlucky enough to think of getting boba here, I asked for NO MILK. The lady reassured me that I would be fine getting a “Milk” tea, she mentioned that although it’s called that due to the consistency of the milk… I didn’t see them make it, but when it was given to me it looked suspiciously like milk, but I went with what she said for the sake of being guided throughout the “customer experience”. As I drank the tea, my sense of taste slowly started screaming at me that this was in fact milk, so I stopped drinking it immediately, and made my way back to the shop. When at the shop, I asked another lady if this beverage in fact contained milk, and she confirmed it without hesitation!!!! Right then and there, the lady who originally helped me, rushed to intervene and try to clarify things. She said that they put a “powder” to give it the consistency of milk, but it’s a “dairy free” creamer powder, just another fancy name for Nestle’s “Coffee Mate” which, if my guess is right, has no dairy. But here’s my problem: I didn’t want any milk, no milk texture, nothing “milk” or “almost milk” or “whatever milk”. I just wanted a black tea with peach flavoring and the flavored boba, and I made it clear! I didn’t want a refund, I didn’t even want a whole tea! I just wanted to be able to finish my tea, made as I requested… So I asked: “Could you please fix this for me?” She looked at me like I was an alien to then refuse. I insisted that I didn’t even want the whole tea. I just wanted to be able to finish it without the thought that there’s milk of any kind in it, and I kindly emphasized the already mentioned above, she coldly refused. So I smiled, left the rest of the tea on the counter, said thank you, and left. In Miami, we’ve unfortunately become accustomed to rather bilaterally hostile treatment between the customer and the customer service provider due to many reasons, and this review is what happens when you happen to wrong a person who chooses to speak up, so here it is, and no, it’s not about the milk :)

Affordable,quick, and delicious if I was in Miami for more than one day I would eat here every day. The staff was also very informative and kind. A+ establishment

Amazing poke 😍😍 I got Hawaiian tuna and it was perfection 😍 instead of getting full rice try getting the other half with zucchini noodles ! staff was so sweet and helpful in the ordering process.

I tried the spicy salmon bowl here and it was absolutely fantastic! The salmon was super fresh, the spice had just the right kick without being overwhelming, and the toppings balanced everything perfectly. The presentation was beautiful too, it felt like a meal made with care. On top of that, the place itself has such a welcoming vibe: clean, cozy, and with friendly staff who made the experience even better.

They sell ramen, poke rice and boba milk tea mainly. Lots of selection for poke rice ingredients especially the toppings. We went there twice in three days when we stayed in Miami downtime. Food is delicious in general, would recommend.
