Yikes. It took them 20 minutes to make a bowl and a refresher and 30 minutes to make 1 refresher. When my sister had her order taken, there were 2 girls working; one was taking orders and the other was making food. I was still figuring out what I wanted and no one ordered from the time my sister ordered to when I ordered. When I ordered, there was now only 1 girl working, and she was taking orders. The couple that ordered right before my sister got their food within 5 minutes of ordering. Still, my sister had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get her ONE small drink. We watched the girl that had taken her order take her time making her own drink before clocking out and leaving. I don't know if the girls in the back saw a line had accumulated or what, but suddenly they come out and start helping out up front. Still, we watched them make other people's orders before mine and my sisters. The only competent employee I saw there was the Asian girl who took my order. She took many orders, made food, and sent orders out. The only plus was the food. They filled up my bowl and didn't fill my entire cup with ice like other places do to skimp you on product. I work in the industry, so I understand how hectic it gets when you're short on staff and have lots of customers. However, its different when you have the employees and they simply just don't care.

First visit to Berrybox - I'll be back! The cold brew was just right, and the Taylor's avo toast was delicious. I would definitely get it again. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were mindful to keep everything clean..

This place is soooooo fire. I come here quite often to get the Dragon bowl, and everytime I’m like okay I think I need another one. The staff is really friendly as well!! Highly recommend the dragon bowl with agave…. 100 stars….!!!

I have always loved the foundry, but Berry box is definitely a new favorite in there. Not only was my bowl outstanding, but the customer service was amazing. The two girls were so sweet and very willing to answer and accommodate to any of my needs. Will definitely be come back!

I love the foundry - Berry Box. Every worker is so sweet and hardworking. I remember a few encounters with a worker, Omina who elevates every visit. She not only makes a great bowl, but she also takes the time to advertise each one she makes. Her passion for her work and outstanding customer service make for a truly enjoyable experience.
