Rise is truly special, making a difference in the community. Love their bagels and coffee - can’t wait until the soup (3 kinds!) station opens! This is such a welcoming place, a little bit of heaven - staff is the nicest anywhere, and seriously delicious bites/sips. All sorts of folks playing chess, working out songs in the corner, learning job skills, crafts, or debating great literature…Everything is served with a smile and a song - or a joke. Love it there!

Karaoke Night was Great! My friend sang Xanadu - I just about fell over when I saw his song choice. Brilliant. And he mentioned that it's a very encouraging crowd, very warm and friendly. I always think I'll sounds better than I do -lol - and they didn't miss a beat in clapping and cheering, wonderfully, joyously humbling. I found out this is a Gospel Coalition Ministry to the neighborhood - read a labor of love on Hertel Avenue. I'll def be going back. And maybe I'll find another song to sing too.

Me and my family wanted to visit Rise Of WNY after being recommended to come here on TikTok. The atmosphere and staff were very welcoming. The owner introduced himself after we were greeted by the staff and explained how the bakery works. My fiancé ordered a frozen coffee and we got two muffins to split with our baby, the coffee and muffins were delicious. My fiancé kept saying he could tell they actually cared when they made his coffee and everything was made with love. We definitely look forward to coming to this bakery again and will be recommending it to other people! 🤍☕️

Great place. The owners and workers are just amazing people there. They take their time to get to know their customers and others going in there to help volunteer. There's actually a lot that I can say about this place that is positive. From service, to the atmosphere of the place and their mission. It's all positive
