Cacao

Crema's Take
“Cacao is a charming little chocolate lover's paradise tucked into downtown Boston where the drinking chocolate steals the show—rich, customizable, and generously portioned in ways that surprise and delight regulars. Beyond their exceptional cacao offerings, they craft thoughtful seasonal drinks like their standout gingerbread latte and pair everything with an impressive selection of creative chocolates and fresh pastries that feel just as carefully made as the beverages. It's an intimate spot with limited seating that rewards you for lingering over a cup and savoring both the quality of what's in your hands and the genuinely warm service.”

Great small spot, their gingerbread latte was excellent and their selection of chocolates is great! My wife loved their designs and they taste delicious! Also, like others have mentioned the service was awesome. I’ll be back for sure!
Enjoyed some great spicy drinking chocolate that was a much larger cup than I anticipated! Super delicious and rich. Had one truffle, which was pretty standard. Super limited seating so plan to take it to go! Gift selection on wall seems good for holiday shopping
Nice little chocolate and coffee shop. Chocolates were really good, especially some of their more unique ones like the Nougatine. Had a latte which was nice to have with the chocolates, but pretty standard (good not great).
Lovely small cafe in downtown. Great ambience. Very clean. Lovely selection of pastries and coffees as well as chocolates. Very friendly, great customer service. Had an almond croissant and an American coffee and both were perfect. Small shop but nice little seating area.
Wanted some drinking cacao. This place is it! Wonderful, strong, flavorful, delightful and can be made several different ways. We tried the extra dark- perfect - not too sweet, wonderful blend. Vegan/gluten free options. (BTW, cacao has the precursor of caffeine so it’s the best non-addictive, additive brain stimulating yumminess I have found!) Friendly staff, clean, knowledgeable, and good music! Nice place to hang out.
