Doney Coffee - not a coffee shop

Doney Coffee is some of the best coffee in Arizona. Whenever people stay at my house they cant get enough of this coffee and we get to brag about Doney. These coffees are a perfectly curated blend of beans and they are always consistently roasted. I've had a coffee subscription for a few years now and everyone should get one. You can't beat having fresh beans arrive at your home the day after roasting day (I live in gilbert or else it would be same day). The prices are also great.

Amazing coffee beans! There is a good amount of crema when I pull a shot with the dark sky roast and the decaf (early sunset). The taste is perfect and not too acidic which is my preference. For those that use a Eureka mignon grinder I do a 3 on the decaf and a 2.5-3 on the dark sky.

Living on the East Side of Flagstaff you support your local businesses. I saw this pop up on my Google Maps app just the other day. So when I saw this I had to contact a company and ask a few questions. Found out that Andy is the owner and his wife her name is grace. Very polite family , hes been brewing coffee for over a year now in his barn. I'm no coffee expert but I had him brew me is a dark roast. Cool thing about what he does. He makrs your coffee the same day you ordered it. When I got my one pound bag home I immediately started brewing . Now the taste is phenomenal, There is no bitterness behind the coffee the aroma is absolutely wonderful. When you look at the coffee grounds all the oils are still there and the coffee is not dried out. I had my wife try a cup and she is no coffee person at all but she absolutely loved it. Needless to say I am going to be a new customer of his. The price point of his coffee is on point. And the biggest selling point is that he is only 500 'feet from my house.

I have ordered over 20 lbs of coffee beans both medium and dark from Doney Coffee since they opened and every pound has only ever been top quality coffee. Whenever we get them, this smell of freshly roasted coffee fills the room. Sometimes smelling these throughout the day makes me wish it were morning again. The dark roast beans haven't been scorched and have a nice oily sheen. Best roaster in town!
