SK Coffee

Crema's Take

SK Coffee elevates every visit with genuinely excellent espresso and thoughtfully sourced single-origin pour overs that actually taste like something—reviewers consistently praise distinct flavor notes you won't find at chain cafes. The baristas strike that rare balance of being both efficient and warm, and they'll happily suggest a "banger" alternative if your first choice isn't available, all while creating cute latte art that guests remember fondly. It's a cozy, slightly pricier spot on the skywalk with free wifi, but the quality of their specialty roasts justifies the investment for coffee lovers who've tired of mediocrity elsewhere.

I had a caramel latte hot, and I loved how authentic and good it tasted. It didn’t taste completely sugared up and the artwork on it was cute and reminded me of my husband. My husband got some type of coffee. I don’t remember what it was but he said it was really good. The vibe was so nice and calm. It’s a little annoying to find, but eventually we found it.

This place makes fantastic coffee, the best I’ve yet tried in the US. I tried two lattes with single origin beans - both had specific flavor notes, which the majority of cafes cannot achieve. Was also served at the perfect temperature, not scolding hot like most places do. Also picked up some Geisha beans for V60 at home, and they have a superb range of beans. Lastly, the barista working there was excellent - very knowledgeable about coffee and the beans they serve, and a really nice guy to talk to. Honestly, the coffee being served here is world class, and I’m sad I don’t live in MN!

Came in to see if they had a rarity that was sold out on their website, sadly they did not but i was treated to an absolute banger pour over instead. The Sebastian Ramirez Gesha is a delicious coffee that tastes like a nice lavender and jasmine tea. Highly recommend the splurge for coffees that you won’t find everywhere.

Came here after a horrible experience at a chain and was blown away by the baristas, so quick, efficient and great to interact with. Slightly more expensive than I think is worth but very cute.

Cute coffee place with delicious specialty roasts. On skywalk level. Free wifi. Whole bean can be pricey but from what I've tasted, it's worth the price tag.
