Ordered four large cookies for Valentine’s Day. When I arrived, they were out of two of the large cookies. Instead of replacing the two large cookies with the size equivalent of three minis each, they only replaced them with two minis each. One of these was the strawberry Dubai brownie which I paid $3 extra for. When I brought the discrepancy to their attention they refused to include additional minis citing corporate policy for replacing large cookies with the same “price equivalent”. They stated that if I had purchased only one large cookie it would have been replaced with three minis because the pricing would have been closer. I am deeply dissatisfied with this visit.

Everything here is great. The cookies are exceptionally delicious! They’re always soft, fresh, and perfectly sweet. The rotating flavors keep things exciting every week, and the service is super friendly too. Definitely worth the visit if you’ve got a sweet tooth!

The employees are very friendly and helpful when you come in. They make sure everything is to your liking. The place is always clean. I definitely can’t wait for the next time I go

Fast and friendly service at the Blacksburg location. The cookies look and smell amazing, and my kiddos said they tasted really yummy. Not dry, but very flavorful. They have seasonal themed cookies, which are super fun too! I wasn't able to try anything because there were no gluten-free options. Also, it would be great if there were seating options and perhaps beverages.

Cookies came out fast. App was intuitive and frictionless. Cookies tasted good and had reasonable pricing. Large rotating selection with weekly drops. Would visit again 10/10 (or 7/7 considering there were 7 types this week). I got the dozen because there was no size for 7, which would have allowed me to get 1 of each cookie rather than doubling up on some.
