Daily Cup

Crema's Take
“Daily Cup is a cozy Houston spot where creative pastries and unexpected drink combinations steal the show—think Matchamisu (matcha meets tiramisu) and Biscoff lattes alongside French-inspired crêpes and breakfast classics. The space invites you to linger with friends over leisurely coffee, though you might want to manage expectations on service consistency. What really captures visitors is the ambitious food and drink program that goes well beyond standard café fare, making it worth seeking out for a leisurely breakfast or afternoon discovery.”

Honestly when we showed up the lady in the pink jacket was really rude and since me and my friends were the only ones there she told us it would take 2-5 mins for our order but instead it took 30 mins before she even started making our food. And she only started once we asked her about our food and I paid for a crepe with sugar, caramel, berries, and strawberries which I was charged extra for everything added but when I got to the car I checked and my crepe only had caramel sauce on it and nothing else. The food was really cold like it had been sitting there or wasn't fully cooked. Then when she gave it to me she threw it at me with the silverware and then went to the back. On top of that my friend didn't even get the food she paid $40 in total for and she kept lying about the time and then offered a crepe that was $8 instead of the French toast she paid $20 for and we didn't even get the crepe. And my other friend said the matcha tasted weird like the milk was expired. And by time we left all our food was wrong besides one thing and the lady in the pink jacket on February 25 had horrible customer service. All in all would never come back due to terrible parking, cold food, and horrendous service. And still waiting on my refund. Plus the lady in the pink jacket didn’t give my friend back her change even she she asked for it and completely ignored us.
I visited today for the first time and discovered this place by chance … it did not disappoint. The service and food were both 10/10. I ordered the Louvre crêpe, the Majestic crêpe, and a mango matcha, and everything was delicious. I will definitely be back.
Decided to try this place and grab a coffee after lunch. I will definitely be back! I absolutely loved the biscoff latte (might be on the sweeter side for some but you can always request 1/2 sweet), and what I appreciated the most was the service. The staff was so friendly and helpful- plus when they found out it was my birthday, they treated me to a Valentine’s Day croissant.
This cozy coffee shop has a wide selection of food and drinks! I tried the Matchamisu which is a combo of matcha and tiramisu. For food, I tried the Saint Honoré Brioche, and my mom got the Brioche Perdue with fruit. The Saint Honoré was flavorful with complex ingredients like truffle and horseradish. The Brioche Perdue was a little too undercooked for my liking but the flavors were there. Beware, parking lot is a little small.
Amazing breakfast, worth the wait for the food to come out. Drinks were delicious as well. The turkey bacon (which is halal - I didn't know until the staff told me!) was smokey and so good with the avocado toast. The lotus brioche was to die for without being too over the top or sweet! The staff was super friendly and helpful with their recommendations. Parking lot is small, place is cute. Outdoor seating is great but I didn't use it because of the weather.
