Stone Cup Cafe
208 Frazier Ave, Chattanooga, TN
Crema's Take
“Stone Cup Cafe is a beloved local hangout with genuinely inviting spaces across two floors, where eclectic, well-loved furniture and great natural light create the perfect vibe for lingering over a cup or spreading out your laptop. Their coffee leans lighter and their pastries punch above what you'd expect from most neighborhood shops, though weekend mornings can get bustling—arrive early if you want a peaceful seat upstairs. It's the kind of independent spot that clearly matters to Chattanooga, drawing regulars who appreciate a space that feels lived-in and unpretentious.”

Groovy place to hang out with a coffee. Great views both upstairs and downstairs. Well used, eclectic furniture.
All around good coffee shop! Their coffee is on the weaker side in my opinion so I recommend adding a shot of espresso. Other than that, very good! Can get busy on the weekend so keep that in mind if ordering food as this is what typically gets delayed. Plenty of seating on main floor, upstairs, AND outside! Great to meet up with friends to chat
We ordered three drinks and two food items. It was almost ten minutes before we got the drinks; my cubano coffee was only enough to halfway fill the smallest cup they had. It took thirty minutes to get the food we ordered; at no point we were informed of either delay. There were at least four staff present when we ordered, but when I went to the counter twenty minutes later, I was informed that they only had one person in the kitchen. The caprese I ordered was good, but it should not take thirty minutes to get a sandwich, and even if it does, we should've been warned. Fortunately, I had the day off and no plans, but had this been a normal day, I would've left long before receiving what I ordered. Also, dirty rags were kept in plain view of customers who are eating.
Very nice location with comfy spots upstairs to sit and relax. Nice mix of drink choices and breakfast options that are better than most coffee houses. Parking on street free before 930am
The coffees are really good the atmosphere is good and comfortable. Seems to be a local favorite lots of work space for laptops charging stations. Staff so so. The garbage cans were overfull and in the 45 minutes or so we were there no one changed them. Kind of onsightly and when you can't discard your trash appropriately kind of aggravating.
