Ohori's Coffee Roasters, St. Francis Location
1098 1/2 S St Francis Dr Unit B, Santa Fe, NM
Crema's Take
“Tucked near the South Capital Rail Runner in Santa Fe, this roastery excels at the pour-over craft in a way that humbles even home brewing enthusiasts, while their espresso holds its own against serious coffee professionals. The St. Francis location radiates a genuine warmth—from the manager comping spicy turmeric tea to first-time visitors, to the inviting aroma of fresh roasts and plenty of natural light by the windows—making it feel like a gathering spot rather than just a caffeine stop. You'll find thoughtful local pastries and treats alongside the coffee, creating the kind of unhurried neighborhood vibe that makes you want to linger over your cup.”

I ordered a Pour over and a shot of espresso. The shot was great… but man, the pour-over was amazing. I make pour-overs when at home and this put me to shame. I realize I need to step my coffee game up, when at home.
I was visiting the area, always love trying espresso at different places as I’ve always been very picky with coffee and work at a cafe that does espresso insanely well. I was excited to try this place, but I lost most hope of enjoying it as I’ve always hated dark roasts and the espresso here is a very dark roast. Turns out, it was genuinely one of the best, if not the best, espresso I’ve ever had. I can’t claim to know everything about coffee, but I definitely care about it more than most, and this place blew me away. Already bought a bag of beans and intend to buy more soon. Highly recommend this place.
This is my first time here and the manager, Thomas, gave me Spicy Turmeric tea on the house! There’s no better welcome than that! I’m enjoying a corner table by the window and can see myself getting some serious writing done here. There’s a very friendly vibe that makes it really comfortable. Maybe it’s because the fun banter among the employees floats from behind the counter into the space. It’s also super cozy—not too big, not too small—and the music’s not too loud. There’s also a nice assortment of pastries and breakfast-type burritos on offer. My tea is delicious, I’m cozy and comfortable, and I’m definitely coming back for more!
Short walk from the South Capital Rail Runner. Good coffee, nice vibes, lots of local sweets and treats like granola bars, cookies, baked goods, milk, chocolate, and candy. I think I saw meat sticks too.
Came here with my brother and sister. Super cool little shop and easy access from the road. Love the atmosphere and the smell of roasted coffee on the way in! Plenty of seating and not overly crowded, small morning line. The latte my sister and I got was great which was a raspberry mocha. Definitely didn’t disappoint! My brother got a cold brew and something about it was different for sure. All of us love a good strong, dark coffee, but my brother’s was almost overboard, not to mention some grounds with every sip it seemed like. Maybe he got the bottom of the barrel? My sister and I also got a dandelion latte to share and that was different but in a good way! Super glad we got to try something new and enjoy it. We will definitely be back should we ever find ourselves in the area again to try something different!
