Crema's Take
“This casual all-day spot inside a Vegas hotel delivers surprisingly solid coffee and creative donuts that actually live up to the hype, with standouts like their pistachio and cranberry pomegranate varieties pulling regulars back repeatedly. The real magic is in their from-scratch breakfast items—the cinnamon rolls are legendary and the High Roller Burrito packs a genuine kick from their house-made jalapeño sauce that elevates it beyond typical hotel fare. It's the kind of place where friendly, efficient staff and reasonable wait times make it feel like a genuine neighborhood spot rather than a tourist trap, perfect for families grabbing a quick but quality breakfast before heading out to explore the city.”

My girlfriend and I stopped here for breakfast. There was a little line but much shorter than other lines for breakfast spots in the hotel. We both ordered the sausage biscuit sandwich. It was really tasty, The Sausage Patty was actually a little spicy, it had a nice kick! And we didn't wait too long for our food to be prepared. Everyone who works there is also really nice. Definitely a great spot if you're looking for a quick bite
Great spot to pickup a quick bite to eat. We arrived around 1pm and it wasn’t busy at all. Only one donut was sold out. We had the cranberry pomegranate donut and the burrito - both were delicious. The donut was fluffy, not too sweet; the sweet potato with the chorizo in the burrito is a really nice combo. We waited a total of 5 minutes maybe - can’t speak to the busier times but we lucked out. We’ll definitely be back!
Fantastic place for a bite to eat! Cinnamon roll is highly recommended!!! The high roller burrito had the perfect kick with their house jalapeño sauce! Staff were friendly and efficient!
The beignets were really good! The rest of the food was good. I don’t think the food was worth the wait. I personally think the turkey sausage had too much pepper and the gravy didn’t have enough flavor. The biscuits were very crumbly, however it did have decent flavor. For the price you pay, I don’t think it was worth it. There is very limited seating.
If you need some strong coffee, look no further! This place good tasting but strong coffee. I got the iced vanilla coffee and enjoyed it. The pistachio donut was pretty big so I split it with my sister. It was as delicious as it looks. Perfect blend of sweetness and nuttiness. I would go back just for this. There was quite a long line but the wait was worth it. It’s located in a nice hotel and there is seating available at their counter and in the surrounding area. Great service and line moved quickly.
