Man. This place should be a bigger deal. Such a cool space. Wonderful people. And a sweet old dog to love on. The Snow Drift Mocha and the Apple Chai-der were delicious. Also they have a podcast studio. 10/10

Comfortable, warm and inviting. If you need a coffee fix and are anywhere near, certainly well worth the trip. Attention to detail and perfected technique produces high quality at The Java Garage. Seating area available for groups and porch swings for added measure. A true gem in the West Bottoms, not to be missed! KUDOS!

My sweetie and I like to visit the Java Garage on a late Saturday afternoon. We order coffee and sit across from each other on their wonderful porch swings. Yesterday, I had a specialty drink whose name I cannot remember, but it had lavender and white chocolate, which was delish! Steve had the After Burner, which he described as just the perfect balance between chocolate and spice. The atmosphere yesterday was quiet and calm; however, we have been there at times when it is busier. What is lovely is that no matter how busy it is, there are multiple seating areas that make you feel like your group has its own space. The music is perfect and you can still hear each other across the table or between the swings! If you’re ever in the West Bottoms, go have a latte and say hi to Stout, the resident dog who lives on a perfectly wonderful green sofa, but who jumps down to greet new arrivals. This place is a treat! Hasten to Java Garage for a lovely latte and a chill vibe.

Great spot for a pick-me-up in the West Bottoms. Java Garage has a nice variety with yummy coffee, lots of flavors and Italian sodas. The atmosphere is also great with several unique seating areas. Enjoy your coffee on a porch swing, cozied up in a vintage chair or at the bar. I also appreciated that they played positive, uplifting music. I left feeling energized and uplifted!

I'm really tempted to not put a review on this place... Would hate to start having competition for seating! Just kidding, there's so much seating that's probably never a problem! Coffee is great, decor is unreal and unique, very west bottoms. Baristas are sweet. Of the >50 Coffee shops I've been to in the last few years, definitely one of my new faves. Especially with BBQ, Whiskey and cool industrial feels nearby.
