“Bon Chen pulls off something rare in Lawrence—authentic Vietnamese coffee and food that actually tastes like it came from Hanoi, not a Americanized interpretation. The cà phê sữa đá hits that perfect bitter-sweet note, and the bánh mì and spring rolls are legitimately excellent, with portions that won't leave you hungry. It's still in soft-opening mode so service is a bit rough around the edges, but the owners are genuinely warm and the food makes it worth overlooking the quirks.”

Strong matcha and tea selection. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Parking available.
