Crema's Take

Urban Therapy has mastered the art of being a true third space, with spacious seating, reliable wifi, and a genuinely inviting atmosphere that makes you want to linger over your laptop or linger over conversation. Under its new ownership, the menu has expanded beyond solid coffee basics to include standout items like potato soup and fresh açaí bowls that keep regulars coming back, and the soft ambient music perfectly complements the unhurried vibe. Whether you're studying, working on a project, or meeting a friend, this Tampa gem delivers both comfort and substance in equal measure.

Been here two nights in a row. Perfect coffee shop for studying. Soft music, plenty of comfy places to sit and plug in your laptop. I haven't tried their coffee but their muffins are great.

We loved the green machine protein smoothie! The coffee shop has enough space to enjoy working on a project, doing homework, or reading a book or just visiting with a friend. It’s great to find an easy parking space too, this place has lots of parking.

The new owner, took a good thing and made it way better. The new menu includes soups, breakfast sandwiches, grill cheese and a lot of other stuff. They finally got potato soup and it’s amazing, if ya like a good soup, try it out. So if you need a hot coffee, iced coffee or something to eat, go try out their new menu…. PS and they are open late for people that want a nice place to chill to study or just hang out with friends

Absolutely love Urban Therapy Coffee! The vibes are immaculate, the coffee is consistently delicious, and the açaí bowls are fresh and flavorful. It's the perfect spot to unwind, work, or just enjoy a great atmosphere. One of my favorite coffee spots in Tampa! Highly recommend!!

I would come on thr weekends once a month or so when it was Medina coffee. My mom and I came for the christmas coffee flight. We weren't really greeted upon entering but overall service was okay. What came to a shock to me was the price. I would assume a flight of 4 small coffees would add up to around the cost of 2 normal coffees. Most coffee is maybe 7-8 dollars. The flight was over $25. I hope they pay the staff well cause at $25 for four mini coffees makes it hard to tip at those rates. Flavoring was great. But when competitors are around 15-17 for a flight. We probably wont be coming back to one of our once favorite coffee stops.
