Delicious cortado, but was not impressed by the desert selection. It is giving Sysco. The packaging and care was a bit sad though, especially considering this was a little more than $6… but better than starbucks or la la land i guess.

Today for the second time I was disappointed with the service. Last time besides the long wait I got a wrong drink , for my 10 dollars for tiramisu cappuccino I got coffee with milk, that was spilled all over the plate and the guy got angry when I pointed out that it is a wrong drink. No refund followed. This time I waited for 20!!!! Minutes for a small cappuccino that I got “to go” instead of a porcelain cup.

Good coffee shop inside Eataly(NorthPark). It’s located in the first floor. The pastries are very good. The coffee is solid. The space is neat and well kept. Staff could be more welcoming, however.
