The kids meal deal is actually a really good deal; sandwich, goldfish crackers and a drink for cheap. Also sandwiches fresh, delish and reasonably priced. If you have a little one the bookshelf of kids books is a huge bonus and can buy you a little relaxation time. Great local cafe vibe!

If it were possible, they would go beyond the five point celestial mark! Thee people in there were so nice and attentive. The music was awesome. A little of everything from some Jhonny Cash to Bruce Springsteen. Awesome vibe. They have a ton of merchandise to say you were here (which happens to be steps from the light rail, 4 blocks to a beautiful park and 3 blocks from ShopRite). Every bit of the decor and setup was very comfortable and relaxing. Bagels lattes sandwiches and more, the menu is catered to all tastes and offers gluten free options.

📍Black Rail Coffee – Hoboken, NJ ⭐️⭐️ Drinks: Cappuccino (with Skim Milk) • This drink just didn’t hit the mark for me. • The flavor leaned a little burnt, and overall it lacked the smooth, balanced taste I look for in a cappuccino. • Nothing stood out — definitely not something I’d go out of my way for. I stopped by here on a Sunday morning with a few friends. We grabbed seats outside, which was a nice vibe, but unfortunately my drink didn’t impress. I’ve heard people say good things, so I’d be open to giving them another shot with a different drink, but as of now, I wouldn’t recommend the cappuccino. Date Visited: 10/19/2025

I think I just had the best sandwich and matcha of my life here. The matcha was completely unsweetened, and that’s what made it amazing - smooth, earthy, and rich, without needing any sugar at all. The sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying, you can tell they really care about the ingredients. The vibe of the café is cozy and welcoming too. Honestly, I’ll be back for this combo again and again.

Nice cute little cafe tucked in the corner of uptown Hoboken and located right by the night st rail station. Amazing vibe inside, with nice colorful and playful ambiance. Got myself a cortado and a muffin and it was right on. The seating area is decent and laid back. Would recommend visiting it and enjoy a relaxing coffee on a weekend morning!
