He-Brews Coffee

Crema's Take
“He-Brews Coffee is a hidden gem in Lubbock that excels at creating a genuinely peaceful, relaxing atmosphere where you'll actually want to linger with your laptop or a friend. While their espresso drinks are hit-or-miss, their cold brew is the real star—try it flavored with coconut or just straight—and pair it with their surprisingly delicious homemade food like the strawberry bliss sandwich. The vibe here is what keeps people coming back: it's the kind of place where you can't help but unwind, even if the barista service occasionally feels a bit rushed.”

Not a fan of the espresso beverages, however their cold brew is delicious. I had a coconut cold brew and it was great. They weren’t the most helpful baristas though and seemed a bit annoyed by my questions about the different drinks. The pastries were really good though and the area is fun to sit in with the pond nearby.
The strawberry bliss & chicken salad sandwich was delicious!! 🤤 I can't wait to come back & try something else!
This is a very peaceful coffee shop. It's hard not to relax and enjoy everything while you're here. Friendly staff and great coffee! It's hard to describe how enjoyable this place is.
Five star location; two star coffee (latte and cappuccino tasted the same and the coffee wasn't very strong); one star food (the sad excuse for scone were little more than scaps of dough (I'll give extra credit for creative choices in Chai and Pumpkin, but the execution was worse than generic mass produced store bought). Memo to ownership - please try to reduce waste by serving scones on reusable plates or on serving paper. Your server put both our scones into cardboard boxes which immediately went into the trash. Unnecessary waste
**Hidden GEM Alert** This place is amazing!! First off, the coffee is great! Not too expensive at all. They have a few snacks like muffins and whatnot and they're delicious. But the best part is there is an epic covered patio outside over looking the water! Beautiful scenery outside for sure. You can even rent kayaks! Definitely a spot you need to check out and bring the family if you'd like. It's also a great spot to just go and relax by yourself, as that area of Lubbock is not used as much, which makes it perfect!
