Crema's Take

This island spot excels at getting you a quality cold brew or iced coffee quickly, even when the summer crowds roll in—a rare gift on Nantucket where you're usually stuck in a long queue. The self-serve milk bar is a nice touch for customization, and the outdoor seating makes it perfect for sipping while strolling through town, though you might want to skip the pastries and stick with what they do best: straightforward, refreshing cold drinks.

It's was strategic stop to get a delicious iced coffe while I was enjoying my walk in town. I can't wait for the next summer.

Very efficient - so many places on the island you have to queue for ages to get coffee but the hub is fast and it’s great tasting. Every milk option you could think of available to pour yourself. Also great gifts and souvenirs. An island institution!!!

I had a horrible almond croissant. It’s clear it was not baked fresh, and I doubt anything is. It was so shockingly bad it made me wonder what management is even thinking. Surely you can order par-baked almond croissants that are at least pretty good - seems like a sad, overpriced tourist trap of a shop. Everything is expensive, even for Nantucket.

I ordered an ice vanilla matcha. It was so so sooooo syrupy and overly sweet. 4 of us ordered it then went to a store next door and 2 other women were complaining about theirs as well. I think the matcha was a sweetened powder amd so was the coconut milk so that is just too much sugar. Obviously the vanilla syrup is sweetened and that was to be expected.

The iced Milky Way is really good. The staff was absolutely nasty. No acknowledgement waiting in line. They spoke literally zero words to me. I was the only customer in the store. No hi, no heres your coffee… literally nothing but a flick of the wrist to approach the register. I personally won’t spend another penny here and regret leaving a tip. I would honestly urge you to avoid going here.
