Toffee to Go & More

I recently visited Toffee To Go & More in Tampa and tried their Oreo cake along with some ice cream. The desserts were just okay — not bad, but they could have been a bit better in terms of flavor and overall wow factor. I was hoping for something a little richer or more memorable. The service was on the slower side, which took away from the experience a bit, especially if you’re stopping in just for dessert. That said, the atmosphere was beautiful and definitely a highlight of the visit. The space is well-designed, cozy, and inviting, making it a nice spot to sit and relax. Overall, it’s a decent place to check out for the ambiance, but I’d love to see improvements in service speed and dessert quality to really match the setting.

I want to just say that it was our first time visiting. We came for the ice cream but left with cake slices, assorted toffee, cold brew, a root beer float and a kid scoop. :) It was awesome! The barista was so sweet, Ava helped us and made us feel welcomed. She was very knowledgeable on the products and items, and very courteous. Overall we will be here again for the delicious treats and awesome environment.

I can’t believe I’ve lived in Tampa this long and never stopped here before! The shop is so cute and cozy inside, and the girl behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. I wanted to order one of everything! I ended up buying the amaretti cookies, Biscoff cream bar, and Fluffernutter bar — all absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be back to try more treats!

Toffee To Go is adorable, quaint and has delicious dessert & coffee options. This place is worth the sugar overload. They had a lot of dessert bars to choose from, as well as cake and ice cream. The cake had some unique flavors like key lime and pumpkin for seasonal which is fun. We tried the cookie butter dessert bar and it was melt in your mouth, sweet but not too sweet, smooth and so good. It was almost like a cheesecake texture and the cookie butter taste was perfect. Just so good. We tried a cold brew that came with a cold foam, it was strong but with a good mix of flavor, and the foam was the best part by far. Don’t even get me started on the toffee- they have 3 kinds- milk, white and dark chocolates with different types of crushed nuts. We got the milk chocolate and it did not last long. I’ll be dreaming about that toffee for a while, and will be back again for it. Fortunately the owners came into the shop towards the end of our visit. They were the sweetest couple, so genuine you could just feel that had kind souls. The workers were all super nice too. The shop is nice to sit and enjoy the delights, and there is outdoor seating too. Toffee To Go & More offers so much more beyond the desserts- it’s an overall experience just as sweet at the toffee.

Upon entering, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I've ever been here before. The atmosphere is very aesthetic clean and open. I chose the toffee crunch cake, pumpkin spice latte, and dark chocolate Pecan toffee. All I can say is delicious. The cake was rich moist with a little toffee crunch with every bite. The pumpkin spice latte was fall in a cup. And the toffee is just the icing on the cake. Such a nice place to take lots of photos of your sweet treats meet up with friends or taking yourself out on a solo date.
