Crema's Take
“Coffee & Tea Zone is a relaxed neighborhood spot in Colorado Springs where you can linger over carefully chosen boba tea, cold brew, or matcha while enjoying light pastries and snacks—think of it as a reliable escape for both quick caffeine hits and slower afternoon breaks with friends. The shop has earned loyal regulars over the years, particularly for its boba and specialty tea selection, though experiences vary depending on when you visit and who's behind the counter. It's genuinely family-friendly and equipped with wifi, making it a natural gathering place, though some reviewers note the coffee execution can be inconsistent and the space could use some attention to cleanliness.”

Been going there for Boba tea, snacks and espresso beans for many years. Wonderful people!! Relaxing place to take a break.
This place is not customer friendly. The old Asian man in there is lost in there. Couldn't not care less if you're there or not. The drinks are just ok. The dining area is very dusty and dirty. Not cleaned ever I don't think. over several years it looks exactly the same. The furniture looks like they found it or got it from the goodwill in the 1990's. Used to take my kids there but not any more. We have a lot more lively, clean and modern places to choose from now. Try tkk or keva. Better options Better service.
Been wanting to try this place. It’s was ok. Not what I expected. Got a Thai tea with boba and a caramel macchiato iced. Coffee tasted a lot like caramel and no coffee. Tea was ok. One thing they really need to work on is the restroom. It’s creepy, dirty and there’s no soap. They use it as a storage. There’s stuff boxes, machines, buckets and other stuff in there. It was so gross in there. I only had to wash my hands but it was very creepy I got goosebumps! The shop is really nice and has a study room and plenty of sitting . Great to go with family and friends. Read a book or study. It seems to be cozy. But please fix the other problem. That’s my only complaint. Nice and friendly employee. Would be nice if they would explain the menu a little. Ask if it’s your first time there. But overall it was pretty nice.
To be clear, I enjoy patronizing this business. However, to make your bathrooms accessible to only those who do not use a wheelchair is unacceptable. It is also unlawful, as it does not comply with the ADA, which states that there must be enough space to allow for wheelchair access. I sincerely hope this issue is solved promptly, as you can not imagine how it feels to not be able to use the restroom at a business that you spend money at, simply because you’re in a chair. Thanks for your time.
Craving milk and tea after dinner in downtown and found this place. It’s alright. Has smoothies, ice cream, milk teas, coffee, and cookies. I got the almond milk tea without the boba. It was decent but not the best. The guy told me it’s made with an almond powder and if I wanted it with brewed tea. Of course I do, otherwise it’ll just be a powdered almond drink! It was the best we could get at the moment. The drink was sweet, milky and I tasted the almond powdered. Couldn’t complain. My friend got the smoothie and said hers was super sweet and tarty that she didn’t like and should have gotten a milk tea.
