Cafe Del Sol

I tried this local coffee truck and the mazapan-banana-coffee late was beyond my expectations, it was incredibly delicious. Also ordered some empanadas and they just reminded me to my hometown in Mexico, food is perfect, coffee drinks as well. I’ll go back to try more things on their menu. Highly recommend it!!!!!!

Seriously such a hidden gem that needs WAY more hype! The food was absolutely delicious. All questions about the menu were answered so kindly and thoughtfully. They accommodated our large group and we loved it!!!! Cannot recommend enough.

My husband and I love Cafe del Sol and will be back! We ordered the gorditas and beef empanadas - they were great portions and everything tasted so fresh and flavorful!! The salsa is also soooo good 🥰

We drove past this food truck and turned around to try it. We ordered two golden hour lattes, ground beef empanadas, and a breakfast gordita. The coffee was so good. The empanadas were delicious and the breakfast Gordita was different but still very good. Looking forward to trying the other items on the menu as we will 100% be going back.

Finally some good coffee in Green hills! This place has a wide variety of creative lattes and authentic Mexican bites. Service is amazing, and everything is consistently tasty!!
