Eclipse Cafe

This was our first time here. Told the staff and they just walked away, offered no suggestions or information on the menu. Ordered a seasonal drink; Gingerbread Claus, suppose to be served with gingerbread sprinkles and a gingerbread cookie. Had neither and it tasted like a simple Chai. Drink was primarily ice and half the size of Foxtail or Starbucks. Ordered the cinnamon roll. Was clearly pretty stale as it was the taken off of their display. Definitely not worth $38 for three small drinks and a stale cinnamon roll. Tables where dirty and staff was not very friendly.

This is my first time ever trying a mushroom coffee type of drink and it was amazing. I got the mini chicken and waffle bites and they were delicious. To drink I got the honey haze and it is probably one of the best drinks I have ever had. It is a great place to sit down and do some how’s work and I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

What a surprising delight! The service was incredibly helpful and kind. The turkey sausage wraps were delish and the matcha in their giant mug warmed my soul! I’ll definitely be bringing my kiddos back for mini waffles or pancakes in a cup! 😋

The shop is GORGEOUS. Very cool interior. Clean & inviting. The drinks are unique & well made. I had an asiago bagel breakfast sandwich with Chipotle sauce & it was delicious! I also had a brown sugar honey cinnamon shaken espresso & it was delicious as well. They have a meeting room thats relatively large & a drive thru so you dont have to leave your car. Convenient & meant for everyone!

I was in the area showing homes and I wanted a cozy coffee spot to look at some comps ana send an email. I Googled good coffee / breakfast near me, and Eclipse Cafe came up. I saw it was a newer place but was already killing it with great reviews. I read a few of them and it was an easy choice to come here. Arrived to plenty of parking, even though there are about a dozen customers here. The ambiance is wonderful, modernly decorated and already dressed up for Christmas. ⛄🎄 And the menu boards are digital and easy to read including plenty of photos of featured items. Mikayla helped me and she was super sweet, patient, and personable as I asked lots of questions. I chose a 'Minty Mistletoe' hot coffee which had peppermint, house-made dark chocolate mocha, and whipped cream. I also ordered a toasted everything bagel with egg, turkey sausage, and Swiss cheese (they have lots of bread and protein options, they even have hash browns). Maddie (bubbly and helpful!) delivered my coffee and sandwich promptly, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more! The bathroom was sparkling clean, and I relaxed in style at a grazing table with cushy barstools as I wrote my email. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Carrollwood, or even if I'm not, it's worth the extra drive! Kudos to the beautiful, new Eclipse Cafe! Keep up the great work! 🤩💪
