Be Caffeinated

Let me start by saying, we love Becaffeinated (Red Bank & Northshore never disappoint). But this location has always been lacking compared to the others. The staff memeber that took our order just seemed OVER IT. And look, I get it. I've worked fast food coffee, I'm not asking for service with a smile. But I am asking that my order (that cost $40, w/ 20% tip) be correct. Today, we ordered 2 special drinks from the Wonderland menu, 2 sausage biscuits and a strawberry cheesecake muffin. The food was decent, my wife's drink ('I'm late' latte) seemed right and good for her taste. But my drink ('drink me' mocha) was just wrong. It's supposed to have mocha, lavendar, cinnamon and clove. There was NONE of that in there. Nothing, just a plain unsweetened latte. The staff member when taking my order asked me to repeat the drink names and I did and she seemed to understand. Could she have repeated the order back before walking away? Sure. Could I have tried my coffee before driving off and politely asked them to fix it? Yes. But neither of these things happened and I'm just disappointed. We will just stick to our tried and true in Red Bank.

I have a important meeting as soon as I get to work. I knew I had to be super alert! The young lady recommended the best tasting latte and warm smores cookie! I'm coming back tomorrow!

Sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes with only a couple cars in front of me. Ordered a medium but I’m pretty sure I got a small and the cup wasn’t even full. The prices on their menu are also higher than what’s listed on their website.

They have many delicious coffee and tea drinks iced or hot with dairy and non-dairy options as well as yummy seasonal beverages. Be Caffeinated also has at least one gluten-free bakery option as well as muffins, scones, cake pops and egg bites. I've enjoyed many an iced coffee or chai and a gf scone. My little pup enjoyed a pup cup too.

Love this little coffee house! Parking isn’t great, but once inside it is very cute. They grind their own coffee on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it is fresh. They also sell to other stores. The employees were great! The hazelnut hot latte was smoothe and yum. It could have been warmer and more bold.
