Crema's Take

This North Providence spot strikes a rare balance between a quick-grab coffee counter and a genuine community hub where regulars linger for hours in genuinely comfortable spaces. Their espresso-focused menu shines with house roasts like Witches Brew that you can catch fresh from the roaster, while the team's consistent warmth and genuine smiles make every visit feel like reconnecting with friends rather than just ordering coffee. Fair warning: they're working through a lid situation, but the quality of the coffee and the authenticity of the space more than make up for it.

Lovely place with a warm staff and incredibly delicious coffee. Very comfortable tables that one could sit at for hours, and the community of regulars that are all super friendly is the cherry on top! A must-go coffee stop when in Rhode Island. Get their coffee by the pound, too! It’s the only roast I drink nowadays.

Coffees good but their sip top lids never lock. The plastic piece you remove to open the sip part does not lock on the tab & it continuously pokes me in the nose. Every. Morning. Please get new lids ty!!

Stopped in to grab one of my favorite flavor of coffee Witches Brew and I lucked out as it just finished roasting. Can’t get any fresher than that! Great service , always with a smile!

I stopped in for an iced coffee with RI Food Fights and I am so happy that I did! I was greeted by the friendly customers sitting outside and came inside to the even friendlier employees! The iced coffee was delicious, I love a flavored coffee that isn’t too sweet. My lemon scone was delicious and my dog thoroughly enjoyed his pup cup! The coffee shop was super clean too!

Stopped in on my way to a meeting in the area for a coffee. The outside gives more “Breakfast place with to go coffee” vibes but when I walked in I knew immediately I was in for a great cup of coffee. I usually opt for an espresso but having not eaten yet I went for a large cappuccino that was well sized and very affordable. The espresso was not to watered and you could tell it was allowed to cycle before dispersion. The froth was nice and light and not just dumped on. Getting ready to check out I saw their single source selection and sniffing jars that are genius to have! I went for the Lake Victoria which had an oil to it that screams crema. Very excited to try it when I get home as well. Excited to stop in again as well! They had buckets of beans and they seem to roast themselves as they had raw beans. Next time I stop in I’ll be sure to ask for availability. The seating was nice and had both a bar top area and more intimate socializing circle area. Food looked well done and enticing as well!
