Very inviting place with a great atmosphere. The baristas were welcoming and genuinely nice. I had the Warm Hug Latte and it was delicious, the texture was especially impressive. The space is also pretty roomy, even when it’s busy. I’ll definitely be making another stop here…

I got the s’mores latte with the lox toast on a bagel. Everything tasted great. The atmosphere was cozy but trendy. I think the person who took my order name was Molly; very friendly and personable. Will be back
This was one of the best lattes and sandwiches I’ve ever had. Their coffee is so rich and smooth. We got the s’mores latte and the peppadew sandwich. Not to be dramatic but it was life changing.
Hatchet always will be our best place in Boone. We come every single year for vacation since 2021. The best avocado toast. I give them more than 5 ⭐️
