NY Diner never disappoints! The Food is so good and the portions are perfect. Great service and the unlimited coffee is the best! Just like back home NYC. And one of the cleanest places in CLT.

Have been to this place 10+ times and it’s an easy go-to for when family and friends are in town. Everything is perfection - from the breakfast items (eggs 🍳, pancakes 🥞, bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel 🥯) to their lunch items (chicken wings, Philly cheese steak wrap/sandwich, French fries). I’m from NYC so this always feels like a true New York Diner to me - great food customized as you want it and anything on the menu - anytime. The servers are also top notch. Sweet, friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect 👌🏻

I’ve noticed New York Diner for years but only recently decided to give it a try — and I’m glad I did. It’s quickly become my go-to breakfast spot. The food is always fresh and delicious; the breakfast sandwiches are great, and the omelettes are my new favorite. Prices are fair, and everything is consistently good. A solid local diner I now look forward to visiting in the mornings.

Ordered bowl of grits and french toast with powdered sugar. 5.99 for the toast. It comes with no butter or syrup. Fifty cents extra for each packet of syrup! Butter 25 cents. It's basically 3 slices of bread because there isn't any egg batter taste. I sampled one slice, and it tastes like heated toast. Sometimes, you just have to believe the reviews.

A perfect breakfast spot that has kind, attentive people working there. They helped me pick out something gluten free/celiac friendly and it was AMAZING. I’ve never had grits that perfectly rich and corned beef hash so savory. The atmosphere was so relaxed and warm. Will absolutely be back.
