Beaner's Coffee

I came for Valentine’s Day and ordered 2 coffees around noon I moved to the side to wait for my coffee and realized the barista offered a bogo to the next gentleman behind me I asked how to I get that she said sorry the lady didn’t know we had that offer but them proceeded to tell everyone that came in after me about the deal. I then was handed a coffee that was supposed to be a iced butter bear that did not have any ice I asked the lady to add ice she tried to hand me a cup of ice to fix the situation. Overall I was very disappointed in this experience. I will not be coming back to west main bigby again. Worst coffee I’ve ever been handed at a bigby. Picture for reference.. dumped my whip off trying to put ice in it added a shot of expresso and it’s still the same color as milk…

If I could give more stars I would! Sarah was absolutely fantastic, she made a great recommendation that I will now be a regular for. Update: Sarah, Erica and the rest of the staff serve up nothing but holiday cheer! Thanks for a bright start to my day every time I stop in🫶🏻

Sarah was able to give me a custom drink that wasn’t even on the menu because I asked on this cold chilly day! She was so nice and had such good customer service. I will definitely be coming back to Biggby on West Main. She’s amazing!!

Don’t let not having a drive thru stop you from coming to this location! Service is Great! And who doesn’t like walking into a coffee shop and smelling the fresh coffee. It will turn your day right around if you need a pick-me-up anytime of the day! PS, Strawberry mocktail for the Win!

Super bubbly baristas who were wonderful and willing to add anything to your drink! Definitely will come back when I get the chance! Ella, Elmelia and Sarah were all awesome, 1000 out of 10
