Mocha Joe's Cafe

Went a bit out of my way to go here over a closer coffee shop and it was 100% worth it. Best latte I've had in the area by far! Add maple to make it even better. I also really like the atmosphere in the shop, very chill.

I’ve been to Mocha Joe’s twice when visiting Brattleboro on a whim from Worcester, MA. Both times I’ve had exceptional service, the vibes are immaculate and the drinks even more so. I wish I remembered the name of the barista from my first visit but it was about a year ago now, however they were wonderful. Today Tabitha was our barista and they were an absolute joy. They made my boyfriend a cute little rat for his latte art (he works for a wholesale pet company, we were up here delivering critters to some of their stores, we chatted with Tabitha about his job while ordering) and a skull for me— we’re currently still sipping away while it snows outside and both drinks are decadent and warming to the soul which just enhances the lovely wintery atmosphere 💕 Thank you for another wonderful experience— can’t wait to be back!!!

Don't waste your money here. My wife and I went to get a hot chocolate each hoping it was a cheap tasty beverages, it cost $9. We tried it and it was disappointing. Buying a cheap pack of powdered hot chocolate is better. The service was basic, no one brought the beverage over. There wasn't an atmosphere nor a lot of places to sit and it wasn't even busy, for good reason. So unless you are a yokel or looking to pay for overpriced basic drinks, don't go here. Hopefully the owner reads this and either upgardes the place or just sells. To them I say good luck.

Just the quintessential coffee shop. Great scones, great coffee and their chai is fantastic, well spiced and delicious. Service was friendly and speedy too. And amazing art!

Nice coffee shop! LOVED the atmosphere! The maple latte was something to be desired, and the hot chocolate was very watered down, but the chocolate chip cookie was so freaking good. Service was good, and loved hanging out listening to the jazz music they had playing. I’d definitely visit again, with trying a different beverage.
