Crema's Take
“Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this cafe surprises visitors with genuinely inventive flavor combinations that go far beyond typical ski-town fare, earning consistent praise for both creative drinks and distinctive entrees that feel thoughtfully composed rather than predictable. The team here treats every guest like they matter—whether you're celebrating an anniversary, grabbing a solo coffee after a show, or settling in for a leisurely breakfast—with the kind of attentive, knowledgeable service that feels refreshingly rare for a resort town. It's the kind of place where the entire experience, from the carefully crafted menu to the warm welcome at the door, suggests the owners genuinely care about what they're creating.”

Very unique flavors in everything from the drinks to the entrees. I really enjoyed it because it's not the typical menu that other restaurants have.
Janna (sp?) was so great despite me reserving a 1 top, latest reservation after the WWG show on a Sunday. I love Diva but was solo and the service was still fantastic. Everyone raves about the food/ drinks/ desert so I don’t need to go into details about that heavenly delight. But thanks again for the fantastic service!! Great end to a great weekend.❤️❤️❤️
I was genuinely surprised to have such an world-class experience at a ski resort. The entire team was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, especially the Wine Director. We hadn't explored French Burgundy much before, but they shared so much expertise and helped us discover that it’s actually exactly what we like. The food was exceptional. We started with the mushroom pâté and smoked duck (excellent), followed by their famous venison—definitely order it medium-rare and you won't regret it. The pork chop with polenta was a very rich, beautiful dish. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we spent 2.5 hours there; the service was perfectly paced, allowing us to truly slow down and savor the evening.
Cafe Diva is a must if you enjoy fine food and wine. My husband and I went on "Date Night" and had a beautiful evening. Our waiter was very warm and welcoming. He explained the menu and answered all questions. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and approachable about questions regarding the differences between varietals of wines. The chef is brilliant 👏. I chose the Duck Confit as an appetizer... and let's just say, I experienced Christmas in every bite! Our entire dinning adventure was truly spectacular! I will definitely return and recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Steamboat Springs.
Had a tremendous dinner at Cafe Diva. Started off with Jeffrey's acknowledgment of our Anniversary celebration and seating us at a great table. Casey took great care of us and had superb menu/food knowledge. Jeffrey recommended us a great bottle of wine. The chef here puts their heart into the food and you can taste it. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the team for a great memory.
