Mud Hut Lyons

This charming local spot is a delightful place to grab a quick bite. The food was incredibly delicious, and it was refreshing to support a local business instead of a franchise. I’ll definitely be back when we visit Rocky Mountain again.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, not to mention patient and understanding, since it was my first time visiting. The sole worker in the stand is speedy and accommodating—so much so you’d think there were several hands moving behind the scenes! Clearly she’s passionate about her craft and it shows in her rich, creamy, flavorful and satisfying coffee. The menu offered enough sugar free syrup options to leave one suitably impressed. This business is small but mighty and left a lasting impression on me and my husband. I look forward to supporting it further, on my next trip to Estes Park. Cannot recommend this place strongly enough!

From Louisiana and exploring! Stumbled son this really cute place. Wonderful service. The BEST and freshest iced latte I’ve had since being in Colorado. Absolutely loved it! Will be back for sure.

I love this unique little spot in Lyons! The baristas are so nice and the food and coffee are delicious. My go to order is a lavender latte. Try the warm ham and cheese croissant if it is available!

I'm glad I finally stopped in to give this place a try. I've been driving by it since it's opened and haven't taken the time. I've stopped by a couple of times and both times I got one of their breakfast burritos and a latte. Each time the person taking my order and making my order was pleasant and easy going. The burritos and the coffee we're very good and I'll be back. I also appreciate the colorful little flag they have waving right there when you pull up.
