Crema's Take
“Huriyali Riverland is a vibrant Johns Island gem that celebrates fresh, plant-forward cuisine without leaving anyone behind—their Buddha bowls, vegan grits, and inventive sandwiches prove that wholesome eating can be exciting and inclusive. Beyond the thoughtfully crafted food, the space itself draws you in with beautiful interiors and a cozy back patio perfect for lingering over fresh-pressed juices that arrive in recyclable glass bottles, creating the kind of welcoming atmosphere where families, friends, and solo diners all find their place.”

This was the best, freshest juice (ginger greens) and smoothie I've had. So clean and juice comes in recyclable glass bottles. I loved everything about my visit here and will return as much as possible. Cary was very helpful, respectful and delightful (as is all of the staff members I encountered). I appreciate your NOT allowing dogs inside. Kayrie
I love their Buddha bowl with roasted sweet potato, sautéed kale, and black beans. It's a great place where I can get something healthy and my husband can get one of their amazing sandwiches. He loves the Bánh Mì when it's on the menu. Their outdoor porch area is a great spot to have brunch or read a book. I have yet to try their lattes or Acai bowls, but it all looks seriously delicious.
I ordered the vegan grits plate and it was absolutely fantastic! Will definitely be stopping by next time I’m in Charleston!! Great service as well, kisses to the chefs 😘
We stopped here for lunch after visiting the angel oak tree. One of us is plant based. Two of us are not. We all found something we liked. It was raining but the patio out back was nice and cozy. I would return and recommend
I WISH Charlotte had one of these! The vibe was great and the inside was beautiful. Ingredients are quality, service was terrific, and the menu was extensive for a smaller place. If I lived in Charleston, I would either be here all the time or I would ask if I could work here. The food was SO good and the matcha and chai were delicious. I plan on coming here again before I leave Charleston! Highly recommend if you love flavorful dishes, wellness drinks, and good vibes 🧘♀️
