Price is really affordable. But not all foods are created equal. Some foods are good some are bland. But overall is a good value. You get free soup and soy milk. No tips needed. I will support this small business establishment.

A nice spot for good Chinese food at really fair prices. Service is quick—perfect if you’re on a lunch break. The sign says 10–20 minutes, but mine came out even faster during regular lunch hours
Good honest Cantonese fare in a pleasant clean environment. Claypot rice was delicious and freshly prepared. Soya bean milk produced daily from scratch. Very reasonably priced as well. Plan to be back to try other items on menu including dimsum staples.
