Crema's Take
“This cozy Laramie spot excels at creative specialty drinks like their standout lavender vanilla chai and Thai coffee, making it perfect for adventurers grabbing fuel before hitting the trails or remote workers settling in for hours with their laptop. The welcoming vibe and thoughtful baristas shine through despite the occasional staffing stretch, and their breakfast sandwiches pair beautifully with the quality cold brew that keeps locals coming back.”

I got a lavender vanilla chai and it was SO GOOD. the best I have ever had! The poor girl working was solo and it was busy, I wish she had some help. She was very kind and made delicious drinks. The store is very cute and has a cozy feel. There’s a nice fireplace that I’m sure is very cozy when on. There’s books for kids and adults to read. Prices were great!!
Like some other reviews have said, it can be hit or miss. If it’s open (sometimes just drive through is open?) and good baristas, they have really good cold brew and breakfast sandwiches. They even carry gluten free bagels. So I love to get an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. Usually it’s good! Have had one or two sandwiches not made that well.
Absolutely fantastic spot for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich before a day out hiking! We are so glad we stopped by
Great small local coffee shop that provided me one of the best coffee / breakfast experience in a long time. I felt a very positive vibe. We also connected to wifi and worked while we had a breakfast. We ordered couple of sandwiches and one was “Dalai Lama” on a rai bread 🍞 - that seems to be popular item as well. It was all veggie and great choice. I would highly recommend if you are in town or traveling and taking a break in between.
So i drinking a thai coffee here at "The Grounds" bistro, the young lady working the counter was friendly and greeted me with a smile when i walked through the door. They had a soothing song playing while i was sitting and waiting for my breakfast sandwich. They offer Turkey bacon as on of their breakfast meat options. I thought that was very interesting. My coffee is called thai coffee. I've never heard of it but it has condensed milk and cinnamon, its actually really good.
