Lovely place. The coffee has a taste profile of apricot and chocolate.

I’m not sure what has happened. This has always been my go to place for a pastry and latte. Pasties continue to be excellent. Service and atmosphere are great.! Unfortunately there seems to be a breakdown at the barista passion. Latte non-drinkable.

Our daughter, Kelcey, was married June 14, 2024 at The Sun Valley Pavilion. We absolutely love the wedding cake Sarah made for Kelcey's wedding! Sarah is one of the owners of Hank & Sylvie's whom we met at a cake tasting in her store in Hailey in March. Sarah had additional flavorings for us to choose for a summer wedding. She also told us to give the cake height by adding a third faux layer. We decided on a Vanilla Bean, White Chocolate Mousse, and Coconut Buttercream Frosting. It was delicious! Tara Bella Flowers added flowers to the outside of the cake - it was a spectacular sight to see! It was a perfect wedding with a perfect wedding cake!

Sadly i work in the neighborhood and opted to grab a coffee there instead of Java. I was not greeted acknowledged or even smiled at. I asked for whip cream on my coffee. She said they didnt have any . A bakery with no whip? And while I browsed as the only erson in the store, neither the barista or cashier said my drink was ready . I finally walked over to find it sitting there grabbed it and neither if them said thank you .

Hank and Sylvie’s made my wedding cake and bouquets. Both turned out absolutely stunning! Taylor in the flower shop put together the most beautiful and unique bouquets! Sarah in the bakery made a not only gorgeous, but also delicious gluten free cake decorated with fresh flowers to match! Everyone was so wonderful to work with and I couldn’t be happier!
