The Coffee Bar

I am Big on friendly service. Nothing kills a repeat customer like poor service. Whoever the guy is that works/owns this place needs to be replaced. I wouldn’t go back here again if it was the only coffee place in town. If the coffee was good I didn’t notice due to the terrible taste in my mouth from the shoddy service.

Great coffee with a beautiful view. Came every morning for a muffin and 16oz latte. Service and coffee were amazing.

Simple friendly coffee shop with spectacular elevated lake views from the back veranda. Had a fruit smoothie, lavender lattes, and a nice mocha. Definitely stop into the artist co-op in the little shopping arcade on your way in/out

The coffee here was so delicious, and the view of the lake made it even better. It was a perfect spot to read a book and sip my coffee. I recommend this cafe to whoever visits Lake Placid.

I never order lattes because I never quite like them. I usually find them too liquidy. I randomly thought I would try a vanilla latte here, and it was BY FAR the best one I’ve had in forever. So creamy and slightly foamy. The view was impeccable I ended up staying for 2 hours. The barista was lovely. And I also chatted with other clients. Overall a very good vibe with amazing coffee and of course the view!
