Crema's Take

Just steps from Pensacola Beach near the Marina, this casual spot nails the beachy refreshment vibe with genuinely fresh smoothies (the Pina Colada and mango varieties are standouts) alongside surprising depth in their food offerings—think quality meatball pitas and Italian sandwiches that elevate a typical beach grab. The owners Kyra and Vanessa have created a genuinely welcoming atmosphere where staff remember you, making it equally perfect for a quick post-swim smoothie or lingering over lunch with great views, though consistency with ingredient freshness seems to vary between visits.

I was looking for healthier options during my visit to Pensacola beach and this place was perfect. Kyra was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered the salmon bagel and it was excellent! Definitely recommend!

This was my second time there. Both times were really disappointing. Im trying to get a juice and smoothie made of real fresh or frozen fruit but it seems like fake flavored not fresh stuff being marketed as fresh and priced like it's fresh!. I asked the girl specifically if there was fresh squeezed juice because it says that on the menu but my smoothie the first time tasted fake. I thought well my bad maybe the smoothie is different than the juice. She pointed to the machine and described the flavors. It didn't look too homemade but i got it anyway for $9.50 for a cup of what tastes like a regular grocery store bottled/boxed juice poured over a cup full of ice. So i don't know what fresh means to them, but to me it means something you make in house with no added preservatives, sugar, natural flavor etc. and there is no way this is. To make matters worse i was given 20 bucks as a birthday gift and i wasted it on this. Wish i could get a refund for both times for false advertisement.

Such a great new place on Pensacola Beach! Our server Belle was delightful and the smoothies were so refreshing on a hot July day. It’s a short walk over from the beach and a great view to boot! Thanks Squeeze!

We love The Squeeze at the Beach and the owners Kyra and Vanessa are the nicest people. Great smoothies, bowls, and some quick sandwich options, pasta salads, and more. I like the Pina Colada smoothie! Beautiful deck with ample seating overlooking Little Sabine Bay. Squeeze the Day!

The Squeeze is a cute little spot right at the Marina. The meatball pita and Italian sandwich were top tier! The mango smoothie was also very fresh and I loved the touch of honey as a natural sweetener. The ladies are very friendly and outgoing and I will be back many times! Do not miss this spot on your next beach outing, you will not regret it!
