Crema's Take

Tucked right next to Austin's downtown library, this sprawling café draws everyone from serious students to casual explorers with its vibrant, art-filled space and generous seating that invites you to linger for hours. Their Vietnamese coffee is a standout, though they take equal care with traditional espresso drinks, and the lush greenery throughout paired with excellent natural light makes it feel less like a coffee shop and more like a creative refuge. The welcoming staff and thoughtful touches like board games transform what could be a simple caffeine stop into the kind of place where you genuinely want to spend your afternoon.

What to expect

Specialty coffee. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast on the menu. Wifi.

Excellent vibes. Came here and had the Vietnamese Coffee, and was not disappointed. I love all the greenery and colors inside the shop, and how great the view outside the window is. In a nutshell, excellent vibes, and good service. 100% will be back next time I’m in DT Austin.

Delicious and nice coffee shop. We stopped by to grab coffee and enjoy our evening. This place did not disappoint! From the decor from the fact that they also have board games. The staff was amazing and kind, I hope to come back when visiting Austin.
