I got a coffee and it was so disgusting. I told them decaf and caramel n oat milk and I got almost black coffee! I'm so upset and I drove from palmer Street to Brooks . Waste of my gas. Now I have a migraine due to the regular coffee and with auto immune that's no good.

I love this coffee shop and have been coming here for some time now. For some reason though today all of a sudden they can’t scan my mobile app or give me my free drink? I never have this problem with the girls in the morning time but today June 10th around 2:40 she said they can’t accept or scan the mobile app and that I have to have a physical Florence coffee card so I was unable to get my free drink. I was just there yesterday and they had no problem scanning the app or using it. I would like a manager or someone to please reach out to me if possible so that way I can figure out if I need to get a completely new coffee card because I lost mine in order to get my free drink or if I’m still able to use the app? What’s the point of having the app if the employees won’t scan it? She just flat out refused to scan it at all for me to even get my punch.

Great iced coffee - not an overwhelming amount of ice (like some others) Awesome staff. We stayed in Missoula 4 days. I tried a different coffe spot everyday. Unfortunately I found Florence on the last day - had I found Florence the first day - I would have tried no others!
