Liberty Park Amusement
1150 S 600 E, Salt Lake City, UT
Crema's Take
“Nestled within Liberty Park, this amusement concession stand captures a nostalgic, family-friendly vibe with its charming outdoor seating and twinkling lights that draw both locals and visitors. While service can be slow during peak times, the team—led by genuinely friendly staff—excels at what they do best: classic carnival fare like pretzels, churros, and surprisingly solid hamburgers that keep regulars coming back. It's the kind of spot where you're not just grabbing a quick bite, but stepping into a community gathering place with real character and heart.”

15 min for a single hot dog and a single doggie beef patty is crazy. It’s not even busy. There’s like 4 people working and 1 other couple here. It’s a cold cloudy day. Won’t even give a water cup with a $15.00 meal.
The hamburgers are absolutely amazing! The staff is super nice. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in salt lake city. It keeps improving with the new owner. 9.5 out of 10.
Dustin and his team are fantastic. He let me reserve 8 paddle boats for a field day and was phenomenally easy to work with and beyond helpful and friendly. His staff was kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend the paddle boats, amusement park rides, snacks, and everything else at Liberty Park! What a wonderful family operation
Super cute, and awesome to see this part of Liberty Park developing more than before. The lights are a great vibe and it would be a fun place to bring kiddos. The food at the stand was good; Frozen hot chocolate was very good. Pretzels were decent, although could use some butter. Not to be that guy, because I don't expect top food safety quality from an amusement park food stand, but this stand could really benefit from just getting a thermometer. I was served a frozen in the middle corndog; although they did warn me it might be so. (To be fair, it probably was still safe to eat anyway), but they were willing to let me exchange for something else instead because of that. There also seems to be a bit of lack of usage of gloves here. The people working there were super chill and overall I am sure with time there will be more improvement, and I had a really great time here with my girlfriend. Would highly recommend to at least pass by here on a walk through the park in the evening time.
If you're going to order from this concession stand, don't order burgers. I'm not sure how the other food tastes. But just stick with the pretzel and the churro, the fries are barely decent. I was really tired after work they have Monday free music. So I figured I'd go check out the music and get some food. 17 bucks later.....That was a fail. I should have just gave him back the burger and got my money back that's how gross the burger looked. But again too tired to complain so here's my review.
