I highly recommend the North Phoenix Cat Cafe! I took my two grandchildren & a Swiss visitor, and we all had a wonderful time. It's an actual cafe with a great selection of snacks and beverages. They also have a little gift shop area that benefits the rescue, so we purchased a few items for the kids. The staff was absolutely outstanding. The space is clean, creative, well-organized and captivating. There's a friendly and knowledgeable feline professional who explains the cat behavior and supervises the interaction with the cats. My grandchildren were respectful and read all the rules out loud. As a retired teacher, I love that the expectations are set up ahead of time, and are easy to follow. Toys are provided to interact and play with the cats. We will definitely come again. It was a very memorable day for all! A 1 hour experience was just right. I love that they take reservations, too.
