I’ve come here occasionally for almost five years. Today I got coffee and a cherry turnover. The coffee is usually good and when I get a pastry I can get it heated up. Today the coffee was incredibly bad and the guy manning the counter said he couldn’t heat my turnover. He told me this 20 minutes after I waited for it to get done. I gave this incompetent goof a tip on the front end for the worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop ever. Photo shows the ovens for heating up stuff. Update: Turns out the guy overcharged me $2 and if hopefully gone. Got the service I expected from the new person including a properly brewed coffee and properly heated turnover.
