Crema's Take

Tucked into a quiet corner of downtown Eugene's Minor building, Sparrow Nest is a genuinely hidden gem that serves impeccably dialed-in Noble coffee alongside surprisingly excellent food in a space that feels made for lingering. Whether you're after their award-worthy matcha, a cold brew frappe topped with real ice cream, or just a peaceful afternoon with a book, the thoughtful staff and unhurried atmosphere make this the kind of place locals fiercely protect and visitors wish they'd discovered sooner.

What to expect

Espresso-focused, matcha and tea options too. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly spot, good for meetings.

Excellent little hidden Jem of a coffee shop. Food is fresh & delicious and wonderful staff. I wish the menu was bigger -hence 4 stars. The cold brew Frappe has REAL ice cream! Best I’ve ever had. Must try for yourself

I likes it. The coffee is that old time West Coast Brew. Strong, dark, strips the hair off ya. Good employee. Strange location? The downstairs bottom ground floor a bright spot fading in a dark corner. Go for it. Like I said, I likes it.
