As a European tourist there I was amazed of the sizes of the bubble teas there, sweet and delicious too!

Always unfriendly, milk tea is low quality and never has good flavor. The workers need to be trained for making drinks and respecting customers. Threw my drink away because it was too warm the ice melted and made it watery.

Waste of $15!! Ordered two large Hokkaido milk teas and they were both watery and tastes like nothing. The service is always minimal even though we still tip, no greetings and no talking at all, we said hello, thank you, and the previous time I came with a different friend the guy literally didn’t speak. So disrespectful. If you hate your job quit… learn how to make bubble tea which is where you work. We literally threw our drinks away without drinking. Bad service and drinks

Wonderful atmosphere and very helpful staff. Tried the Hokkaido tea and it was really smooth and tasty! A welcome addition to the area and will be returning for sure. Update: Wanted to add on that service and great tasting drinks continue to be amazing each time I return!!

Many delicious items on the menu akin to similar shops in Japan or South Korea. It would be nice, however, if there were more seating options than two large beanbags and one tiny table against the wall. Otherwise it is a fun place to visit if one is willing to pay a little more.
